At Sonya’s Creative Realm, we partner with trusted fulfillment platforms, Printful and Redbubble, to produce and ship all products. As each item is custom-made on demand, all returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled directly by these platforms, in accordance with their policies.

Please refer to their respective return policies for assistance.


1. Printful-Fulfilled Orders (Main Store)

If your order was fulfilled through Printful (purchased directly from our store at sonyascreativerealm.com):

  • Printful’s Return Policy covers:
    • Damaged, defective, or misprinted items.
    • Incorrect orders (wrong product, design, or size).

Printful does not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or incorrect sizes selected during checkout.

2. Redbubble-Fulfilled Orders

If you purchased products through our Redbubble store, Redbubble manages all returns, refunds, and exchanges.

  • Sonya’s Creative Realm does not handle returns, refunds, or exchanges directly.
  • All order-related issues must be submitted to Printful or Redbubble as applicable.
  • Please carefully review product descriptions, size charts, and images before placing your order to ensure satisfaction.
